Our process is both simple and quick! A current résumé or CV is required. Once you upload, you will then be prompted to complete the DISC assessment. DISC is a scientifically validated personality assessment tool that identifies behavioral insights to improve communication and productivity in the workplace. Your application will remain incomplete until the DISC assessment is finished.

Our recruitment funnel includes application review, followed by recruiter outreach, interviews, and skills-testing. Should we be interested in a phone screen or video screen to learn more about your experience and qualifications, we will send you an invitation to schedule an initial 30-minute screen via our applicant tracking system – WizeHire.

Timelines vary by role, but most candidates move through the process within 2–4 weeks.
